Fish Finger Sandwich

Whoever's idea it was to put fish fingers in-between two pieces of bread should be considered a British national treasure. Whilst this may look like something more suited to a child's palate, (like most British food), this version is slightly more complex than a Birdseye bap with ketchup. This involves garlic infused minty peas, tangy homemade tartar sauce, and the crispiest, naughtiest fish fingers you ever did see.
