Chicken & Chorizo Pasta Bake

Of all the recipes I’ve ever cooked, there are a select few I always come back to midweek when I want something simple, tasty, and nutritionally NOT diabolical. This is one of those. It’s an incredibly easy, high protein recipe but deeply satisfying, and it’s also great to have as leftovers for the week.

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for around 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
